Workshop Facilitators: If you are serving as a workshop facilitator, you will run two 45 minute sessions, consecutively. We ask that you repeat the session, as you will have a different set of students in each of your sessions. The students will self select which sessions they want to attend. You can expect to have 20-35 girls in each of your sessions. PLEASE BE SURE TO ARRIVE  AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SESSION. 

Career Crawl Participants:This years career crawl will take place after lunch. Given the number of students we are expecting, we will send the students to the career crawl in three separate groups (25-35 students per group). You will be provided with a table and a table cloth. We will also provide you with any supplies that you requested on the google form. Students will come around and ask you questions about your career/business. If you have materials that the students can take away with them, please bring them. This is our second career crawl, and last year was a huge success. PLEASE BE SURE TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF THE CAREER CRAWL.
 

Parking: There is plenty of free parking at the Murphy Fine Arts Center. Please park in Lot Y,  as this is the lot that is closest to the entrance will the conference will be held.  For Access the “Y” lot from Argonne Drive. 1) Turn onto McCallum Drive. 2)  Travel straight through 1st STOP sign, to reach the rear of the Murphy FineArts Center. 3) Bear to right at 2nd STOP sign. See parking lot entrance on left.

Dress Code: Please feel free to dress casually. Chapter members and volunteers will be wearing jeans and a T-shirt. Keep in mind that you may be standing for an ample amount of time, so comfortable shoes is a good idea.
